Amy grew up in Stockbridge, Massachusetts where her mother was the
innkeeper of the World renowned Red Lion Inn, celebrated for taking impeccable
care of A-List celebrities who performed at Tanglewood and the Berkshire
Theater Festival. Amy spent countless hours in the hotel, carefully observing the
various functions and assisting whenever permitted. Amy developed a passion
for fashion at a very early age. By age 12, Amy was dressing her friends perfectly
for every occasion!
While attending college in Boston, Amy worked as a fashion model, learning
even more about all aspects of the Fashion Industry. Upon moving to Los
Angeles with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Amy became a personal
Assistant to a top Executive in the Entertainment industry. This position lead to
many connections in the field and word of mouth spread that Amy had an
impeccable flair with everything from fashion to entertaining…if you had a special
occasion, you simply must call Amy to ask anything from what to wear, what to
serve or what gift to buy.
The culmination of her own entrepranurial spirit, pursuit of real happiness, and
growing client base, prompted Amy to give up her nine to five job and launch Amy
McLaughlin Lifestyles. AML is now a multi-faceted company which prides itself on
all things lifestyle. Amy’s client base now extends from Los Angeles, New York to
Boston.
